Watch Prof. T. M. Thomas Isaac (Former Finance Minister of Kerala) deliver his talk “Contextualising the Conference: The National and Regional Perspective” at the 20th Anniversary Globelics International Conference 2023.

The conference, hosted at the Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation (GIFT), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India from 11–14 October 2023, was held under the theme “Innovation-driven Knowledge Economies and Transformation in the Global South.”

In this address, Prof. Isaac reflects on the national and regional dimensions of innovation-driven development, highlighting Kerala’s unique experiences and contributions in building inclusive, sustainable, and resilient knowledge economies.
